FHMS is excited to announce we will again be seeing patients in our 31 Sherman Street, location as of July 27th!
Your health and safety is most important to us. It is safe to schedule an appointment at any one of our three locations knowing we're well prepared to safely take care of you.
Our Providers will be alternating work schedules to allow access to care while practicing social distancing. We will be gathering information from our patients through as many contactless ways as possible, including pre appointment telephone screenings with our nurses.
All patients, caregiver's and staff will be required to wear a mask and have their temperature taken upon arrival. We have also re arranged our waiting rooms and work spaces to help keep patients safely distanced.
