Family Health Medical Services, PLLC is pleased to announce plans to open a new primary care office, located at 3780 Eagle St. in Fredonia.
Our new location is expected to open in August 2024 and will be our fourth primary care location in Chautauqua County in addition to our locations 31 Sherman St and 103 Allen St, Jamestown and 216 E. Main Street, Westfield, NY.
Our diverse care team of 6 physicians, 10 physician assistants and 1 nurse practitioner offer a full range of medical services, including routine adult care, comprehensive pediatric care, women’s health services and same-day sick visits. The care team at this location will include Dr. Vivien Redeye, Kayla Voss, FNP-C and Maddison Richardson, PA-C.
Dr. Vivien Redeye is from Irving, NY. She is a graduate of the State University of New York, Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences in Buffalo. Dr. Redeye is returning to FHMS with 10 years hospitalist experience, 6 years in primary care and continues to serve our country as a Major in the US. Army Reserves.
Kayla Voss, FNP-C came to the practice in the summer of 2023. Prior to joining the FHMS care team, Kayla worked at Brooks Memorial Hospital for 5 years as a registered nurse and Chautauqua County Nursing Home and Rehab before furthering her education to become a nurse practitioner. She is looking forward to returning to the area and caring for the community she was born and raised in.
Maddison Richardson, PA-C has been with FHMS since June 2022. Prior to joining our care team, she also worked at Brooks Memorial Hospital for 6 years while attending Fredonia State University. She recently moved back to Fredonia with her family as she has a love for the area and thinks it’s a great place to raise children. Maddison will see patients both in Westfield and Fredonia and continue to provide services at Heritage Ministries.
