When you’re sick, a call to the office early in the day will help us schedule you for a same-day or next day visit. A triage nurse is available every day from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. to answer your questions. If necessary, they will forward important information to your provider.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency or you believe you are experiencing a life threatening situation, call 911 immediately or go to your nearest emergency department. Our patients will be cared for by Emergency Room staff at all area hospitals and referred back to Family Health Medical Services for routine follow up care.
We are pleased to announce Family Health Medical Services is now providing inpatient hospital coverage at Brooks-TLC Hospital System and Westfield Memorial Hospital. When our patients need to be admitted to the hospital to monitor a serious medical condition, physicians at any hospital will provide care to our patients during their stay, and refer our patients back to Family Health Medical Services for follow up care.
