Family Health Medical Services is proud to be expanding our exceptional primary care services to the Dunkirk/Fredonia Region. Our diverse FHMS care team of 6 physicians, 10 physician assistants and nurse practitioner offer a full range of medical services, including routine adult care and comprehensive pediatric care, same-day sick care visits, women's health services, physicals, and more.
The new facility scheduled to open in August 2024 is our fourth location in Chautauqua County. The care team at this location will include Dr. Vivien Redeye, Maddison Richardson, PA-C and Kayla Voss, FNP.
