Family Health Medical Services has made the decision to discontinue services at our Mayville location effective Wednesday, May 22, 2024, at the end of the business day.
The village of Mayville has been at the center of our practice since first opening its doors in 1982 and we are grateful for the patient, community and business relationships we have been fortunate to build over the years.
All patients' appointments scheduled in the Mayville location after May 22nd have been moved to our Westfield location. FHMS is committed to caring for your family's healthcare needs and will continue to provide a wide range of primary care services in our 3 other convenient locations in Westfield and Jamestown, NY.
