While still providing needed care, Family Health Medical Services is working with our public health partners to limit the spread of COVID-19 in our community and keep our patients and team safe.
Family Health Medical Services has providers on call 24/7 to see patients as needed and extended hours on weekdays as well as Saturdays. In addition we're now scheduling telehealth appointments, allowing patients to see providers from the comfort of their home. Schedule an appointment with us today at 716-753-7107.
Our 31 Sherman St office has temporarily been consolidated with our office at 103 Allen St, Jamestown (corner of Foote Ave and Allen St) to further reduce potential exposure.
The estimated temperature was 23 degrees on Saturday. Before the first plunger hit the water, the 2020 Polar Plunge had raised over $6,000 for FeedMore WNY in Chautauqua County.
By the end of the event, over 80 participants had taken the plunge into the frigid waters of Chautauqua Lake, with at least 15 children joining in the fun! In its sixth year, the fundraiser has raised $38,000. The money raised will support FeedMore WNY in their mission to provide food, friendship and skills training to the 16,150 Chautauqua County residents who are food-insecure.
With the help of our volunteers and local fire departments, the event has grown into more than we ever thought possible. We take great pride in giving back to our community and it’s a reward in itself to see so many members of the community coming together to make a difference in the life’s of others.
We would like to thank all of the participants, volunteers and event sponsors for their continued support.
