With COVID-19 cases on the rise, we’re closely monitoring the situation and taking every possible step to ensure the safety of both the patients we care for and our dedicated staff. We’re making the check-in process at our locations fast and easy with our new self service pre check-in option.Before arriving to your appointment you can start the check-in process conveniently from your smart phone, tablet, or computer in the privacy of your own home limiting time spent in the waiting room. 


How does it work?


•Within 2 days of your scheduled appointment you will receive a text and/or email inviting you to check in for your appointment.

• Confirm your appointment and follow prompts to complete the pre-check in process.

• Verify contact and insurance information; make updates if needed, and electronically sign and necessary forms, including our pre visit COVID-19 screening.

• Seamless integration with our practice allows for quicker check in when you arrive at your appointment


When you arrive to the office, make brief stop at the kiosk to let us know you’re here. If you were not able to complete the pre check in process prior to arriving you can do so at this time and pay any co pays due for your visit.  As always, our staff is available to answer any questions you may have.
