With an emphasis on safety and disinfecting, we are continuing to provide the medical services our communities rely on us for. You can come to our offices and get the care you need, knowing that we're taking every precaution to get you seen quickly and safely.
Here are just a few of the updated practices we're using to ensure your safety when you get care from FHMS:
•Protective gear for all staff
Everyone who works at the FHMS is required to wear a face mask at all times. And to follow state guidelines, you need one too. Make sure it covers your nose and mouth. Please plan to arrive to the office 10 minutes before your appointment time. Our staff will greet you, take your temp and ensure you have a mask before entering.
* Face masks should not be placed on children under the age of 2 years
• Less crowded waiting rooms
By removing extra chairs and staggering appointment times, fewer patients arrive at once and everyone can be sure to stay six feet apart.
• Around-the-clock disinfecting
We've ramped up the frequency of cleaning in all areas, especially in places where we treat patients.
