We are delighted and disheartened to announce that Wendy Chase, PA-C has retired from the practice of family medicine.
Wendy has worked as a Physician's Assistant at Family Health Medical Services for over 27 Years. We want to express our appreciation for the years of service and leadership that she has provided in patient care. She will be greatly missed by her patients and co-workers.
