Family Health Medical Services is excited to announce that we will be returning to our previous location at 95 E Chautauqua St, Mayville beginning Monday, May 24th!
After our recent relocation to 216 E Main St, Westfield this past December, we were approached with an opportunity to resume operations in the same building on a slightly smaller scale. We will have two of our Providers operating out of the space, each one day a week -- Mike Ludwig, PA on Monday and Stephanie Redlecki, PA on Wednesday.
We look at this opportunity as a way we can continue to serve our patients better by offering shorter drives to those who live closer to this office location. We hope you find this information as exciting as we do, and we look forward to seeing patients back in this location.
