Family Health Medical Services recognizes the benefits that the use of Medical Marijuana can provide for a number of our patients. Dr. Berke. Dr. Selioutski and Dr. Persia have been certified to determine whether a patient qualifies for the use of Medical Marijuana under New York State guidelines. For consideration of this service, patients must be established with Family Health Medical Services for routine primary care, be a New York state resident and must have one of the serious conditions listed on the NYS Health Commerce System Website.
