Coronavirus/COVID-19

covid19 v2

Providing the best quality of care in a safe environment is one of Family Health Medical Services top priorities.

Managing exposure to illnesses that are easily spread is one way we can help protect our patients, staff and the community. Given the public health risks associated with the new coronavirus, and in accordance with guidance provided by the NYS Department of Health, Chautauqua County Department of Health and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, FHMS is restricting patient visits to all of our offices to help curb the spread of COVID-19.

Effective immediately, all patients experiencing symptoms such as cough, fever, rash, vomiting, diarrhea, body aches or shortness of breath - PLEASE CALL OUR OFFICE at 716-753-7107 to be safely screened for the virus and other communicable illnesses.

We are now equipped to do virtual video visits to minimize your risk of exposure and the risk to other patients and staff.

As the new Coronavirus progresses in the U.S., experts from across all areas of our health system meet daily to understand the current situation locally and adjust our response as needed.

We will continue to keep you posted of changes in our office procedures as the situation requires.
