Family Health Medical Services is excited to announce our new location will be open at 216 East Main Street, Westfield on Monday, December 21, 2020.
The new 5,760 square foot office is located just 0.2 miles from Westfield Memorial Hospital. Dr. Robert Berke and his team will relocate to the new office following the closure of the 95 E. Chautauqua Street, Mayville location. Patients scheduled to be seen at the Mayville location on or after December 21st will be seen at the new location during normal business hours.
Family Health Medical Services’ current locations at 103 Allen Street and 31 Sherman Street in Jamestown will continue to operate as usual.
Dr. Berke states, “The new Westfield location will support Family Health Medical Services’ mission to serve our local communities with high quality healthcare at our convenient locations”.
